Is there a minimum night stay?

Yes.  All of our cabins have a 2 night minimum stay. 

Are the cabins pet friendly?

Yes, all of our cabins are dog friendly.  Two dogs maximum. We require a $75 pet fee (+ fees & taxes) to be paid at the time of booking.  If your pet plans change after you book and you decide you will bring them along, you will need to contact us prior to check in and pay the pet fee before you arrive. 

Can I host an event or party?

No, we do not allow events or parties.  With that being said, we understand that there may be a bachelorette, bachelor, birthday, anniversary, etc., party planned.  That is not an issue as long as the number of guests is at or below the maximum number stated for the specific property.  As with all stays, we appreciate you and your guests treating the property and cabins with respect so that we are able to continue sharing with others.  Damage, extra cleaning, and repairs cause delays, cancelled stays, and prices to increase.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, NEVER inside the cabins.  All of our cabins are located in forested areas, we ask that the beauty of these properties is respected and all smoking waste is disposed of safely and properly.  Smoking waste should NEVER be thrown on the ground or left not in a receptacle for disposal.  Fire safety is just as important as not littering on the property.

Is there a minimum age to book?

Yes, guests must be 25 years of age to book.  Proof of age via a valid drivers license may be required to book.

What do we do if we arrive and there is an issue or concern?

If you arrive and there is something that needs attention or is not as expected please let us know right away.  Refer back to the welcome email that you received for the contact information.  While issues do not normally arise, there are times that they will.  We expect guests to notify us right away and allow us the opportunity to resolve.  Not allowing us to do so does not automatically equate to a refund, full or partial.  Just like as with a home, things do happen.  We will always do our best to fix the situation at hand swiftly with as little interruption as possible.
